Last minute posts for some few upcoming events
Exciting events to sign up up to in the next few days
I was under the weather for the past few days, so I missed the chance to post in the start of the week. With that said, we still do have some exciting events coming up in the next few days that I thought you all should know about.
This week, we have an exciting event that will provide you the opportunity to connect with the creator of the Zig programming language, Andrew Kelley! Zig is a general-purpose, statically-typed system programming language, which features compile-time code execution. You can read about what Zig offers, here.

Jim Price will be talking about his VFX work, in his words:
"We'll be focusing on how Zig's tight interop with C makes in easy to experiment with different solutions to the various data and performance challenges that arise in VFX."Golden Boy
Andrew Kelley (the dude that started Zig) will be attending the meetup before he's off to Europe for a talk in Copenhagen and SYCL (Software You Can Love). Then we'll finally be official and we can dunk on the other Zig meetups.
